Q2: Is GNE's quote competitive?
A2: Yes. Our goal is to provide the most reasonable market price to our customer. Because of mass production within the Asian supply chains, we can locate the stock you need at low cost and in large quantities from our OEMs and distributors in the Pacific Rim.
Q3: How can I be assured of GNE's product quality?
A3: GNE only source from OEM Excess Stock (OES) and global official franchise distributors. Issues such as bad quality and counterfeit parts can therefore be avoided. When stock cannot be located from these two channels, GNE will work closely with our customer to seek supply through other reliable sources.
Q4: What is GNE's response time for an inquiry?
A4: Depending on where we locate the stock and the feedback from our supplier, we may respond to our customer's inquiry within a few minutes or within one to two days.
Q5: What is GNE's quality guarantee policy?
A5: GNE works with testing houses in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China to ensure the quality of product that we deliver. If a product purchased from GNE is found to be damaged or defective within our guarantee period, we will gladly replace or refund the purchase.
